Project Managers - Carlow and Boston:
This is a multi-disciplinary role that gives candidates the opportunity to maximise their team management, client management and analytical skills.

The Project Manager is responsible for launching and managing sales development projects on our clients' behalf. You will be responsible for supporting a team of five Business Development Specialists (BDS) and liaising with other groups within TSL to leverage our resource base for your client.

Apart from getting the best out of your BDS team, a key element of this role is comparing the performance of all elements of our clients sales cycle against industry benchmarks, managing the long term sales pipeline and identifying ways for our clients to improve their sales productivity. Business Development Specialists - Carlow and Boston, MA USA:


This is an exciting opportunity for senior telemarketing, telesales and inside sales staff currently working within the technology sector to move into a more challenging and rewarding role. As a Business Development Specialist (BDS) / Telemarketing Executive you will work with TSL's IT clients to help them identify and engage with major sales opportunities across Europe or North America.

You will conduct this through a combination of Internet research, data profiling and most importantly, telesales and telemarketing based cold calling. More than simply generating leads, you will engage with our clients' sales staff and business partners to help them move the opportunities you identify forward in the sales cycle. This will include becoming involved in the initial stages of the sale, and making recommendations for how TSL and our client can improve the business development process. The role requires experienced sales staff that are committed to working for a leader in sales development on behalf of some of the world's best technology marketing companies. Specifically, you must have:

  • At least five years experience in business development, either inside sales or field sales.
  • Preferably have a degree in business or technology.
  • A professional telephone manner.
  • An ability to hold peer-to-peer conversations with senior decision makers at large companies.
  • A demonstrable commitment to the selling profession, and a desire to continuously find better ways for our clients to sell.

Internet Marketing / SEO Specialist:

Must have relevant degree / masters and at least five years experience in search engine optimisation, link building and web analytics. Experience with Google Adwords and/or Email Marketing also an advantage.

 

Graphic Designer :

Must have relevant degree / masters and at least five years experience in graphic design. Recent portfolio and excellent references essential.

 

Direct Marketing Strategist :

You will join our team of Integrated Direct Marketing Managers to help design and launch campaigns for our technology clients. Must have relevant degree / masters and at least seven years designing, launching and measuring results on integrated direct marketing campaigns. Experience in the business-to-business technology sector a distinct advantage.


Account Managers - UK:
TSL is currently seeking an Account Manager, based in the London area. The primary role of the Account Manager is to ensure that TSL's existing clients are receiving the full benefit of TSL's sales development and sales productivity services. A secondary role is to work with new companies that are interested in engaging with TSL. This will involve gaining a comprehensive understanding of the clients' issues and goals, and presenting potential solutions that TSL could implement on their behalf. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least five years experience in account management for a services organization.
  • Experience and training in "Solution Selling".
  • Preferably come from an IT Sales or Marketing Services background.
  • A commitment to helping TSL deliver maximum value for our clients.
