Call Center & Response Management as well as Sales Lead Generation

Founded in 1999, TSL's mission is to be the most efficient channel for sales lead generation and be the best sales development method that business-to-business technology companies can use to systematically drive sales for many types of businesses, including call center based businesses. One of the major benefits of our system is the secure instant messaging that we offer - it is an extremely efficient way to communicate throughout any office setting.

The company has a multi-lingual staff of more than 60 people based in the US and a call centre Europe with a full staff of experienced employees. TSL's clients include some of the fastest growing software companies in Europe and North America, as well as large, "blue chip" technology corporations.

TSL's investors include BDO Simpson Xavier and the Irish Government through their "Enterprise Ireland" agency.

TSL is privately owned and was founded by Michael Kelly and David English. Prior to TSL, Michael Kelly worked with IONA Technologies PLC in Europe. David English worked for IBM in the US before setting up TSL.
